Can I order two boards with different engravings?
Yes. Personalise and add them to your basket one at a time, so each board gets its own engraving. The offer still applies automatically once both are in there.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders leave us the next working day. During peak season, please allow a little extra time — engraving is done by hand, and we would rather get it right than rush it.
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from our UK warehouse, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days once your order is on its way.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days. If you don't love your board, send it back for a full refund — no awkward questions.
How do I care for my board?
Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry it straight away — never leave it soaking or put it in the dishwasher. A little food-safe mineral oil every few months keeps the grain rich and the engraving sharp.
